Our experience comes from having served in multiple capacities around the C-Suite and Board.  We have been on both sides of the Investor - Management Team equation, understanding the tensions and working to translate objectives into results.   We believe those relationships, alongside the core relationships within the Company, can be systemically improved.  We similarly that with consistent, coherent focus key area such as mishires, the drag of opacity and employee well-being can be meaningfully improved.   We work with management teams and their investors to make this happen.
