One-On-One Coaching

Growing with specialised executive coaching.

We have a selective 1:1 practice in which we function as the ‘Non-Executive Director’ in a relation to a person trained to be the CEO of themself. It is a specialised form of Executive Coaching with relationships that typically continue over a number of years. We have worked with senior Private Equity, Tech, Legal and sports coaches. Our clients have also included business owners, particularly in periods of material strategic decisions.

HPNA Academy

Developing senior talent, from rising to existing C-Suite.

We teach people how to become the CEOs of themselves. We develop the faculty, skills and behaviours that allow them to regularly step back and executively manage themselves, to professionalise their self-management and care. We teach this to cohorts of primarily mid to senior executives, within a single company, investor portfolio, or otherwise. We also have a focus on developing senior People talent, from rising to existing C-Suite. Much of this work is on building knowledge and capacity of finance and investing to better articulate and advocate people strategy and investments at the Board and C-Suite.
